Shipping Policy

We try our best to get our products to you as fast as possible while ensuring the best quality of our artwork. Your satisfaction is very important to us!

Shipping times may vary but here's a general time line of how our process works.

  • We normally take about 2-10 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.)
  • Once your product is complete and looked over by our quality department, it is then transferred to our shipping partners depending on your location.
  • Shipping times may vary by location, time of year, weather, etc. but we'll let you know as soon as your item ships and provide you with the appropriate tracking numbers.

Don't forget - we have a 30 day return policy. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page under the About Us drop-down.

A tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your order. Once the package has been transferred to our shipping partner, we are no longer responsible for delivery. We cannot guarantee the arrival of your product. If your purchase is marked as delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend you contact the delivery partner (i.e., USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) for updates PRIOR to contacting Wanderd Apparel Company. Once you have contacted your delivery partner, please e-mail us so we can attempt to help locate your order and find a resolution. 

We will gladly refund or replace your purchase once the proper steps have been completed. This is to prevent fraud and abuse of our policies.
