We understand when ordering online, sometimes the product just isn’t what you expected or maybe you simply changed your mind. We’ve been there and we understand. We hope all our products meet and exceed your expectations – we put a lot of work and love into our designs – but we’ll gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All we ask is that they’re gently used and with the receipt. After 30 days, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns.
All returned and exchanged items are donated to local charities, so we ask that your returned items are gently used and/or like new, meaning you tried them on and didn’t care for the fit or changed your mind. Returned items that arrive damaged, stained, etc are not eligible for refunds.
Once we receive your returned merchandise, we’ll examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable amount of time if you’re entitled to a return. Your refund of the purchase price will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items and custom orders are non-refundable unless defective or damaged on arrival, sorry!
If your item shows up damaged or defective, or the sizing just isn't right, please let us know promptly with the details of the product and the defect, and if you’re able – a picture or two so we can see it. If we determine this is was our fault our product didn’t meet your expectations – or damaged while on its way to you, then we’ll make arrangements for the exchange.
Items that we determine damaged or defective not caused by us or our shipping partners will not be eligible for exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. A refund usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to you but may take longer depending on your financial institute.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale and discontinued items
Sorry, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and discontinued items cannot be refunded.
My Package Did Not Arrive
A tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your order. Once the package has been transferred to our shipping partner, we are no longer responsible for delivery. We cannot guarantee the arrival of your product. If your purchase is marked as delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend you contact the delivery partner (i.e., USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) for updates PRIOR to contacting Wanderd Apparel Company. Once you have contacted your delivery partner, please e-mail us so we can attempt to help locate your order and find a resolution.
